Does It Affect Canesten Soft Pessary Capsule Treatment If It Isn T Inserted Very Deep And Causes Discomfort When Pushed Further?

Hello, I used Canesten soft capsule (in english it might be called Pessary?) and when i tried to insert it it didn t go very far. I tried to relax, push it further, but it just wouldn t go very much more inside. The whole thing was in, but not very deep. Does this affect the treatment? If i tried to push it further it hurt.
