Does It Make You Get Fatter With A Big Meal ?

If you havent ate the whole day, then suddenly eat a big meal. Does it make you get fatter ?

It makes it less likely that you will stick to a healthy routine. Also it means that your metabolism will probably slow down which will make it easier for you to gain weight and harder to lose. It probably would mean that you would eat a big meal late in the day, which is not a good thing. Eating large amounts stretches your stomach and makes it harder to feel full with more normal amounts of food. If you don't eat all day and allow yourself to get too hungry it is more likely that you will eat fast and so eat much more than you need because it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to signal that you are full. So in the long term it will most likely make you fatter.
