Does It Mean Something To Have Veins Visible In Lower Abdomen?

what does it mean when you see vains in your lower torso? or shoulders? or breast? I went to the restroom and noticed a lot of veins on my body. i dont exercise. i havent been extremely active lately.. anyway, im concerned about my health. I also am experiencing chest pains. im not sure if its just puberty or what.. but please help. thanks.

During puberty it is normal to have visible veins in the growing parts of the body. As long as they are painless and no swelling you need not worry about them. Keep watching them and let us know if any change occurs or there is any pain. Take care.
