Does Itch Around Clitoris Indicate Yeast Infection?

I have an an irritating itch/burn around my clitoris, and under the hood of my clitoris there is a white tissue paper like discharge. I have been taking augmentin 875 mg twice a day for 7 days now for a sinus infection. I just started the problem with my clitoris the other day. Could this be a yeast infection or stegma? There is no other discharge or discomfort around the vaginal opening though.
