Does Itching With Scab Like Sore On Menorah Suggest Herpes Infection?
i have had constant itching on my outer menorah and now I have found a scab like sore just inside my anus. I tried to look in a mirror and cant see the sore but can feel it. Im terrified I have herpes. Is this the likely diagnosis? Im going to make an appointment but im so worried i just need an opinion

it could be herpes but other possibilities can't be ruled out by this short history
Looking at your symptoms (itching with sore in anus) it seems to be case of Fissure in ano
you need not worry it will be alright if you will follow few of my advises like
local anaesthetic ointment like lignocaine to be applied locally
sitz bath
plenty of oral fluids and dietary fiber
tab Pantoprazole 40 mg
