Does Itchy Pinkish Rash On The Elbow Need Medical Attention?

pinkish rash on right elbow/forearm, washed area repeatedly, taking benedryl orally and applying topically, but itchiness slightly relieved but not diminished after several days. no known exposure to poison ivy or bug bite, when (Should) see a doctor?

Dermatitis is a possible cause of the rash you are describing. You may need betamethasone cream for better control of the rash and the itchiness.
