Does Kissing With Different People Affect Health?

I m 20 yrs girl. Doc i have smooched many boys. I usually keep smooching for around 10 mins continuously. Sir my question is that - is over smooching with different boys harmful for health? Does it cause any physical problems? If yes, How can I cure them?
