Does Lack Of Energy And Nausea Indicate Sign Of Diabetes?

Yes please. I am 47, fairly active, but have low energy. I can t gain weight, and I eat a lot. If I don t eat I get very shakey, and will get nausea, and sometimes I wake up this way. I went from 128 lbs 3 yrs ago to 110-113 now. Could I have diabetes? I have to push myself to go out and do something.
