Hi I'm 15 about to turn 16, I'm 5'10" and I wiegh about 121, I have no serious medical problem. I wanna start working but I'm in sports. I usually go to bed at 9 and wake up at 4:30. So i flexed my schedule around and it said if I go to bed about 12:30 and wake up at 4. Will that effect me at all?

hai,
Your current practice of sleep is ideal one.(9 PM to 4.30 A
normal Sleep cycle/duration for a adolescent age group is 6 to7 hours.
Less than that will cause both physical and mental problems.

definitely shortening or lack of sleep will lead to systemic abnormalities like learning problem, depression as well as heart and other internal organ problems.

thank you
hope i answered your query
