Does Late Period And Light Spotting Indicate Pregnancy?
My Period is 2 weeks late. And I am constipated. I did have 2 days. Not back to back but several days apart where I had very light spotting? No other symptoms. We have been trying to get pregnant for 10 years. Could this be it? I really don't want to get my hopes up if it's not.

Late periods and light spotting are not sureshot signs of pregnancy. Pregnancy may or may not have occurred.
So I would advice you to do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
If you are still no confirmed, you can do ultrasound scanning, which gives you confirmatory results.
