Hello,

If you are not planning for a baby you should be either on regular CP pills or use condoms. In case of unprotected intercourse you should take emergency CP within 72 hours of unprotected sex for the best efficacy. In case it has been delayed or you forgot to take it within 72 hours then you should take CP that can be taken within 120 hours of unprotected sex like Ella One emergency contraceptive pills. Get clinically examined by a gynecologist so that you can be managed accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
