General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
Slight bleeding may be normal but prolonged and heavy bleeding after confirmation of pregnancy might be related to miscarriage or abortion

In my opinion you should immediately go for an transvaginal ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis until than continue with primolute N.

Meanwhile take complete bed rest
have multivitamin and folic acid supplements
Good balanced food with all essential nutrients

Thanks for your question
please feel free to ask for more clarification, I gladly answer you
Best wishes
