Does Light ,continued Spotting During Pregnancy Suggest Miscarriage?

I had a vaginal ultrasound last week on Tuesday. The gestational sac measured at 17 mm there was nothing else visible but the sac and the next day, Wednesday, my progesterone level was a 9.33. I started spotting brown mucus very lightly on Friday and have continued to very lightly spot until today, Tuesday. I ve had four miscarriages and one stillborn. Do you think I am miscarrying again?
