Does Lips And Arm Numbness, Control Problems, Muscle Loss Need Immediate Attention?

I am having numbness around my lips and I am having numbness in my right arm, not having control oif the arm, but am able to use my hand and fingers. do I need to see a dr immediatelyn or wait for my pc. I saw her about the lip numbness but the lost of muscle is new? I had a tia in January, a ct on tuesday and everyting showed up great
