Does Long Term Usage Of Cosmelite Cause Harm?

My query is same as prasanna’s. if I stop using cosmelite the bleaching effect diminishes and skin looks dull. With use of cosmelite cream it glows. Is there any harm in using the cream for long duration? Or is there any other permanent solution for this problem?
