Does Long Term Use Of Dronis Cause Any Side Effects?

Hi sir, I am 32 yrs old lady. I had small sizes of multiple ovarian cyst. According to Dr's order, I am taking Tab. Dronis 20 for the last 2 yrs. What are the side effects long term treatment of this tab & now we are planning to concieve. Any problems in future.
