Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
Well i can understand your concern. Unless i know which drugs you were using, i can't just opine about side-effects.
As an Urologist, i must advise you get a semen analysis done, after avoiding sex or masturbation for 2 days.
After examining you, and going through the report, your doctor can give you a proper advice. You may contact me with reports, by name.
