Does Low BBT Cause Sweaty Or Freezing Feet ?
I have been monitoring my bbt every morning for the past two weeks and it is usuall in the mid 95 s. I have a hard time getting up in the morning and get overheated very easily, but also my hands and feet are either sweaty or freezing. Should this be of concern to me and what could be causing it?

Hi,thanks for query.Dear you have not mentioned your age or sex.Any way at times due to some hormonal imbalance like thyroid this can happen.Watch your body weight if there is any recent changes this possibility becomes even stronger.Drink more of fluids and take proper diet and still if things does not go well,you need to consultation with your doctor.bye.
