Does Low Fever ,chronic Bladder Pain And Ulcers Indicate Ovarian Cancer?

I have been diagnosed with kidney stones chronic bladder pain with ulcers. I have a lot of flank pain and bloating. I haven t passed stones. When I went to the ER they said the stones were not moving. Over the last few weeks I have been running a low fever and the pain has gotten worse. I am afraid the Dr missing something. I am a 41 year old woman. Who has fibroids on my uterus and fleopen tubes. Should I ask for exploratory surgery to rule out ovrian cancer? This has been going on for one year.

Hi I think if on ultrasound there is no ovarian mass, the chance of ovarian cancer is very little. So, dont worry about it. You can get a ultrasound done to see kidneys, ureter and bladder. You may be having some infections in kidney. You may need some antibiotic. Consult a urologist. Hope it helps.
