Does Lower Abdominal Pain After Having Unprotected Sex Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi, I have been getting a pain in my lower abdomin when i sit up, sit down, suck in my tummy, stretch, etc.. I just got off my period but ive also had unprotected intercourse. Do you think i could be beginning the stage of pregnancy? I didn t know whether or not this was just constipation or what and that s why i haven t taken a test yet because it s also too early too tell?

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pregnancy do not causes pain so early after conception.
Pain after the intercourse can be due to pelvic infection or urinary tract infection.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined internally, get a vaginal swab examination and urine examination done to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
