General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is only due to lupus. Consult a urologist and get evaluated. If there is diagnostic confusion, a cystoscopy is required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
