Does Masturbation Affect The Menstrual Cycle?

I have been having sex with my a guy friend of mine that I love and want to have a baby with. We would get married if I got pregnant. I masturbate every morning and at night when he is not around. For the past six months my period always comes out a little every time I masturbate. Does this mean my period will come every day and I cant have a baby?
