Does Masturbation Cause Any Health Problems When Tested Positive For TB?

I was tested tested TB positive after skin test which was negative in the x ray. It said that it the lungs tb. Am 20 years old 57 kg weight. I am taking the tablet know. I feel like masturbating does masturbation cause any problem to my health while am using the TB medicine
