Hi,

I do understand your concerns regarding hand practice (masturbation). It is a normal physiological process. Once a person becomes sexually mature, semen production starts which is a continuous process. A person then either has sex, or masturbates and has night falls. Masturbation doesn't lead to any sexual, physical or mental health problems. You can masturbate as much a you want and it doesn't lead to any problem.

You should consult a dermatologist for treatment of your pimples. With adequate treatment, i can be taken care of.
