Does Masturbation Cause Discomfort In The Penis?

hello doctor, i am 44 years old man, these days i am doing frequent urination, like this, i do urinate, and within 15 mins again feel for urination, but urination is not too much, and i do not feel any pain in my lower abdomen, or in belly, or in backside, just more and more time urinate, i do masturbate, one week 5 or 6 times. and after urinate, sometimes i feel some discomfort in my penis, not feel pain, just discomfort, and within few mins discomfort remove, so does it comes from more masturbation ? or it is prostate problem, please inform me, thank you

Hello,

Usually, masturbation is safe and not unhealthy. But excess masturbation should be avoided. Your case seems to be inflammation due to rough or dry masturbation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand, Psychologist
