I had masturbated daily and released sperm 2-3 times a day at the age of 15 years after two months when I was running my legs started paining after I realised this is due to heavy masturbation my legs are paining from thies to foot when I masturbate now I am 18years old what are the precautions to get away from this problem doctor

Hello! It is obvious that masturbation does not lead to leg pain. It may be another cause. Can you describe well the location of the leg pain, when it begins, how long is its duration, do you have accompanied symptoms? Best regards.
