Hello Sir, i have done mustrabution so many times since i was 12 or 13 years old. i am now 27 years old and having lower back pain, some kind of constipition problem also, now i m engaged and fear also to think about my past, how i will manage her, please Doctor Sir help me, is mustrabution and backpain are connected? is mustrbution effect married life? plz answer and help

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
