hi erbatingarted mastthr doctor i in the past one yr have started masterbating i have masterbated 2-3 times a day sometimes and i find pain in my testicles and left side of my back and nw i master bate 2-3 times a week.. but i dont find my health 100 percent whn i do it i feel my legs week and drowsyy plzz recommend me

So excess masturbation stretches the muscles of perineum which can cause pain. Avoid doing it for a week and you will feel relaxed.
