hi.for past 12 month i have been loosing hair an finally a doctor told me my hair loss is related to testosterone to dht conversion and now i m using finpecia which is some kind of alternative for propecia my question here is can frequent masturbation causes testosterone to dht conversion and stopping masturbation can help reduction of this conversion?

Masturbation has no effect on androgenic alopecia and have no effect on any kind of hormonal disturbance. Finasteride decrease the active testosterone which decrease the hair miniaturization, which is the key pathogenic factor in androgenic alopecia.
