Does Masturbation Cause Water Sperm?

Greetings doctor I m a bachelor,I was introduce into masturbation by a friend back in the early 2000 until say 2012 after which I stopped partially but before then I noticed my sperm was watery,this I noticed say around 2010 till now.But I finally stopped masturbating in 2013 till date.I have been to the hospital on several occasions and I was tested low sperm count and watery sperm,I took some medications both herbal and tablets wise.I went back to check on the count I was told it has improved but my problem is that its still watery and since then I can t even pregnant a woman .Please doctor I m confused and i need your help I m 29years old.Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, masturbation may not cause any sperm consistency changes, if the semen analysis is normal one then it is nothing to worry, semen analysis need to be done after abstinence period of couple of week at least more abstinence period gives better results, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
