Does Masturbation Causes Health Problem Or Any Problem Regarding Future ?
Hello i m 24 single female ..i have been involve in mastrubation from last 2 months earlier it was no too much ..i had to it once in a day but from last 3 to 4 days .i have to it twice or thirce a day ..i try to control my self but it does not work.. it is disturbing my mind i feel irritating if i dont go for it and after having it i feel that it will create problem in future ..my ques is that for how many time in a week or a day this processe is not bad for health.. and will it create any health problem or any problem regarding future???

We all go through "horny phases" just like animals go into heat. You may just be in that time of year where your body wants to mate. If it doesn't go away after another month or two, you may have a problem but other than that, you should be fine.

mastrubation you do is for satisfaction & pleasure so it is difficult to give maximum/minimum what you can do .As even you do not like to do it very often please try to stay busy with some work ;or remain with friends/relatives.As a drive it won't last very long so try to keep yourself away from it ;concentrate on other things i hope your drive will get reduce .After all it is all matter of mind & its only you who can control it.
