Does Masturbation Delay Periods?

This is embarrassing. But i masturbate almost everyday. And I dont think. Im not sure. But I havent had my period for 2 months. And i know i cant be pregnant cause im still virgin. But Does masturbating cause delay in periods? Ive been scaring myself that im pregnant even tho i cant be.

Masturbation does not have any effect on the menses and also you can not become pregnant by this. irregularities in menses are common. As you have mentioned it has been two months, it needs to be evaluated and the cause should be found and addressed.

Apart from pregnancy, there are other causes of delayed period like Excessive weight loss or gain, Eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia, increased exercises, Emotional stress. Illness, Travel, PCOD, etc.

I advice you to see doctor for examination and further evaluation, you need not be embarrassed of anything.
