sorry for this conversation doctor .......my name is asif and 21 years is my age but some few days i dodnt know my some friends are very dirty so when i meet regularly this friends i also do mustrubation .my health is very weak .any suggestion you give me.....thanks

Hi,

Masturbation is normal sexual behavior. It is just like sex but without involvement of partner. Most of unmarried men do regular masturbation. Nothing to do wrong in moderate masturbation but proper hygiene should be maintained. Proper washing should be done after masturbation.

Advantage of masturbation:

1. Reduce depression
2. Releasing of endorphin: good for prostate, decreased prostate cancer

Disadvantage of excessive masturbation:

Drowsiness. Back pain, pelvic pain, Testicular pain, Psychological side effect

Not necessary in all person this side effect will occur. You should do moderate masturbation once in 3-4 days. Drink plenty of water, take high protein diet with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, do regular exercise and avoid stress.
