Does Masturbation Have Any Side Effects?
Hi,I am a 21 year old student who has an addiction of masturbation. The issue is that I usually relapse after 1-2 weeks but the reason why I feel like doing it is because I feel pain in my testicles. So only after relieving it, does that pain go away. This pain feels as if my testicles are being constricted or being squashed together to the point where I could not focus on anything and the only way out is to ejaculate. Could you please tell me if any what kind of medical problems may I be having or is this only a psychological effect of the addiction?

It is a normal enjoyable habit to release sexual tension. The pain could be due to a physical problem as well. Please get a colour doppler study of scrotum . if that is normal, then it is psycholoical
