Does Medial & Lateral Meniscal Tear And Patellofemoral Contusion Need Surgery?

Hi I was injured by stone falling on my right leg i had too pain at that time the doc told me that you have a problem in knee, after that they make orthoscopy as a result he said that you have complete tear of PCL , Medial & Lateral Meniscal Tear and Patellofemoral Contusion.So, as now i don't feel the pain much but i feel fear when i stand or walk is it need any surjery kindly reply thanks.
