So this weakness could be by heavy use of antibiotic that can lead myalgia... Second in chronic infection weakness can be problem... If because of enlarge tonsil you are not taking food regularly then also weakness can occur by less meal... Take healthy and balanced diet with more fruits..... If hemoglobin level is low then also weakness can be there... So simultaneously treated if present....
