Does Medication Of Pneumonia Cause Dark Circles?

My daughter is on 3rd day of medications for slight case of pneumonia and an ear infection. She's kept hydrated but her cough continues and I've noticed dark circles. Wondering if the circles are due to medication or should I be worried that something else is going on.
