Does Mild Degenerative Change At L3-L4 And L4-L5 Levels Cause Lower Back Pain?

I just got my MRI results of Lumber Spine: They say I have mild degenerative changes involving lower lumber intervertebral disc spaces at L3-L4 and L4-L5 level without spinal stenosis or neural foramina stenosis. Right far lateral annular fissure formation at L4-L5. No evidence of nerve root encroachment. and The conus is normal in position. I have lower back pain bad when bending, walking, sitting. Is this the cause?
