Does Mildew Cause Watery Eyes And Dizziness?

I have a friend in her 70 that has watery eyes, and she he is sometimes dizzy. She has been to the doctor many times and they cant find nothing wrong. She has dark bruse like spots on her legs and arms that come and go. Her sugar is ok. I have been to her home and It smells musty. I told her its must be allergies, but I dont want to steer her wrong. What could it be?

Well come to HCM
This could be allergic condition of eye and this can be treated with antihistamine drops and the best option would be "Ketotifen eye drops" this would give excellent result, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day
