my wife use MILLAEN Tablet Regularly and before end of the Pack of 21 tablet she forget to take 18th tablet she took 18 and 19 pill together and that day we did Unprotected intercourse my Question is that Will she pregnant today is day no 4 after Finishing the tablet but the menses is not start yet?

She did exactly the right thing dat she took both the pills together.There are very rare chances of she getting pregnant. But still thats not 100% sure conclusion so I will suggest you to undergo a urine pregnancy test or a sonography which will confirm whether you are pregnant or not.Thank you.
