Does Missed Periods, Mood Swings, Cramps Indicates Pregnancy?

I have had 2 missed periods and I am feeling very tired and moody also I am getting alot of cramps all around my tummy, What is the chances of me being pregnant?? My husband had a vasectomy 8 years ago. I know something is not I just dont feel myself.

Most probably it is age related menopausal time but in case you are still worried gey a urine pregnancy test and see for results. In case positive then visit your gynecologist.
