Does Missed Periods, Weight Gain, Bloating, Abdominal Pain, Sore Breast Indicate Pregnancy?

i inserted the tip of my penis to my partner's vagina for only less 10 seconds, I didn't ejaculate inside. 3 weeks after she feels bloated, she gained weight, highly emotional, craving for food, had abdominal pain and feels that her breasts gone larger, and is still not having menstruation. Is she pregnant?

Hi,

Her symptoms could be because of pregnancy. With each ejaculation millions of sperms goes inside the female body for fertilization and a single sperm is needed for fertilizing the egg. So even if you ejaculated outside there is still some chance of getting pregnant. Please go for b HCG to confirm it.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
