Does Missing CPAP Causes Nightmares In Sleep And Bed Wetting?

Hello, I am a 41 year old male with sleep apnea. Last two nights i fell asleep without cpap use. I woke up tis am dreaming I was urinating only to discover I actually wet the the bed. I also am on Amoxicillin and prednisone for salivary gland duct blockage/infection. This bed wetting incident is very unsettling . Is the lack of my cpap use to be blamed ? or the meds and the infection somehow involved. This has never happened before.
