Does Missing A Day Of Diane 35 Cause Pregnancy?

I have been on the pill (Diane 35) for 5 months now and have recently missed one during the 3rd week of my last pack. However, I took it the next day with the pill I was supposed to take and continued taking the pills every day at the same time until my pack ended. I had unprotected sex twice 4 days after missing my pill. He pulled out the first time and didn't ejaculate the second time. My pill pack ended a day after this and since I am on a 21-pill pack I skipped the 7-day break as my advised and started on the second pack. I've heard getting a breakthrough bleed could be an indication of pregnancy. I have not bled yet but I am worried. Could I be pregnant?
