Does Missing A Shot Of Clexane During Pregnancy Harm The Foetus?

I am currently 5w5d pregnant after FET. I had recurrent miscarriages and have high clotting and immunology so have been on clexane 20mg once a day. For some reason I totally forgot to take the injection last night and the night before. I m going to take it this morning but I m worried that I could have put the baby at risk by having missing the injection two days in a row. Suppose I looking for reassurance or your opinion please. Many thanks.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Clexane avoid blood to clot, in certain condition abortions may occur because of blood clotting. Clexane better be used continuously, however this does not mean that missing a shot or two should cause harm necessarily, there is a risk in the days when shot are missed, but most of the times it does not cause any big problem in a day or two. So I hope this won't be a big deal, but I would suggest you to be careful with your drugs next timings.
