Does Missing One Pill Of Levipill Cause Seizures?

Hello Doctor,My Mother In Law had a major brain tumor operation 3 years back and ever since has been taking Levipill medicine to control fits / seizures. 2 days back she missed only one dosage of this medicine and and yesterday morning again she started taking it. However, yesterday night she had severe fits for almost 45 mins to 1 hour and has been admitted in ICU. Could you please let us know if this fits occurrence could be because of the missed levipill?
