Does Mold Exposure Cause Congestive Heart Failure?

Yes. hello. My girlfriend was rushed to the E.R a few days ago. I had to call 911 because she could not breathe. The Hospital Dr. told us that her lungs were completely full of fluid, and that she was having congestive heart failure. Since she has been i n the hospital, I have been to her house to discover that the place is infested with mold under carpets in the walls and under bathroom sink, all from a hidden water leak. looks like this damage is a year or more old, and the mold is overwhelming. could this exposure for more than a year to intense mold growth contributed to her life threatening illness? Thank you.
