Does Molluscum Virus Stay Dormant?

Hello, i first had molluscum in April 2015...and the two spots were frozen off and gone. I then got a new outbreak last month and got them burned off. What concerns me is...does this virus stay dormant? I have not had sexual contact with the same people since last year, so it is not like I got it from the same partner. I am 30 years old, male, homosexual, and HIV negative.

I really appreciate your concern, in homosexuality viral infection is very common phenomenon and it may not be the just virus matters but other unknown virus could play the role too unless you stop this for sake of health hope this information helps.
