Does Morning After Pill Cause Irregular Menstruation?

I took the morning after pill just under a month ago and since then i have had two periods. firstly is that normal? Also, for the past two days i have noticed spotting of blood, not a alot. Do you think i could be pregnant? Or could it be something else? My stomach feels bloated as well.
