Does Mother S Hair Fall And Dandruff Problem Affect Baby S Health?

Dear Dr Prasad I am 39/F, feeding mom for 1.5 yr baby. My problem Density of my hairs is decreasing with dandruff on front part of the head. Fungal test is positive. Am prescribed Troben-B lotion and antifungal medicine in a 4 week treatment regime. Along with a shampoo called Anaphase. Can you please guide me whether my baby will get infected with my condition ? if yes, can you please let me know how to prevent thank you
